FAQ
How fast can it be installed?
About two weeks from signed agreement to stocked machine — wrap design, your approval, install, and first fill included. If your space is ready sooner, so are we.
What does it cost to host?
Nothing. We cover the machine, the install, the stock, and the service. You provide three feet of wall space and an outlet, and you earn 10% of NGR (net gross revenue: sales less tax, refunds, chargebacks and processing fees), paid monthly with a statement. Commission starts after a 90-day trial period and is paid for every month the cooler sells $1,000 or more.
How is this different from old vending?
The machine already knows what's selling and what's running low, so it's stocked before it's empty — with what your people actually buy. Card-only checkout, no cash, no stuck coils. It shows itself when the door unlocks.
Do you sell machines?
No — every machine is owned and operated by us. We only make money when the machine performs, so the stocking and the product mix work for the same outcome you want. You never buy, lease, or maintain anything.
Where does Wrapt place machines?
We serve Franklin, Spring Hill, Brentwood, Thompson's Station, Columbia, and the Greater Nashville area. If your business is in Williamson or Maury County, you're in our core service zone — and because we're local, the machine gets restocked and serviced fast.
Can the machine match my branding?
Yes — that's the name. Every machine gets a full vinyl wrap before install: your logo and colors, designed with you and approved by you, or our plain charcoal wrap if you'd rather stay hands-off. Included either way.
What machines do you actually use?
Commercial hardware from the HAHA platform — glass-front grab-and-go smart coolers, ETL certified, card-only. Every unit reports to our service dashboard around the clock.
How fast can a machine be installed?
Once the site is approved and the agreement is signed, most installs happen within two weeks. Multi-property portfolios are scheduled site by site.
Who restocks and services the machine?
We do — always. We run a weekly route, and the machine tells us when it’s running low, so it’s stocked before it’s empty — and if anything breaks we usually know before you do.
